The Friends of the Craighalbert Centre raises funds for the Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments (the Craighalbert Centre), a grant-aided special school and the Scottish national centre for children with cerebral palsy. The Centre’s programme combines the principles of conductive education with the Scottish curriculum to teach the children independence and everyday activities such as sitting, standing, walking, dressing and feeding.
